Terms & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of at least 20 days prior to arrival date, no charges apply. For cancellations or changes of less than 20 days before the arrival date you will be charged by 50% of the overall fees.
Failing to meet the arrival date will result in charge of the full reservation fee. Arriving late or leaving earlier than the reserved dates will result in charge of the full reservation fee.
Reservations & Payment
In order to book your reservation via email or phone you must deposit 30% of the total reservation fees.
In order to verify bookings made through the online booking system you must use a credit to guarantee the reservation. No further charges are made.
The remaining fees are paid upon departure either in cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
